This Addendum is intended to inform individuals, including those who are located within the jurisdiction of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Bangladeshi citizens located outside Bangladesh, as well as any persons whose activities outside Bangladesh produce legal consequences within Bangladesh (collectively, “Bangladeshi Residents and Citizens”), regarding the Processing of their Personal Data in accordance with Personal Data Protection Ordinance 2025 ( ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্ত সুরক্ষা অধ্যাদেশ, ২০২৫)
This Addendum supplements our Privacy Policy and prevails over any conflicting provisions in the Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this Addendum shall have the meanings as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
1. Consent of Parents or Legal Guardians for Children under the Age of 18.
For the purposes of this policy, if we intend to Process Personal Data from any user under the age of 18, we must obtain clear and unequivocal consent from their respective parent or legal guardian with regard to processing your Personal Data. If you are under the age of 18, by agreeing to this Policy, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has consented to our processing of your personal information. If you are at least the age of 18 and reviewing this Policy on behalf of your minor child, by agreeing to this Policy, you, as the parent or guardian, consent to our processing of your child’s personal information.
2. Clear and Unequivocal Consent
By agreeing to this policy, you provide clear and unequivocal consent for the collecting your Personal data specified in Article 4, the disclosing of your Personal Data to the recipients specified in Article 6, and the transfer of your Personal Data outside your country or territory of residence to the third parties specified in Article 7.
3. Minimum Storage Period
Notwithstanding anything stated in Clause 8, for Bangladesh region, your processed Personal Data will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations in Bangladesh.
