This Kenya Privacy Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements and, where applicable, overrides the Sanrio Online Shop Direct from Japan Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) for users located in the Republic of Kenya.
This Addendum modifies the Privacy Policy (and the Privacy Policy is deemed amended) but only to the extent expressly stated herein. All other terms of the Privacy Policy shall, save as amended in this Addendum, remain in full force and effect and shall be read and construed as one document with this Addendum.
1. Process for Exercising Rights
We will respond to your request to exercise any of the rights in Article 9 within the timelines required under applicable data protection laws (access requests must be answered within 7 days, correction, restriction, objection, and erasure requests within 14 days, and data portability requests within 30 days).
Where permitted, we may extend the response period and will notify you of any extension and the reasons for it, as required by law.
