1. Applicability of additional terms
The terms set out in this Addendum shall apply to you if you are located in and downloading, accessing or using the Sanrio Online Shop Direct from Japan from the Philippines.
2. Transfer of Personal Data to Personal Data Processors
In addition to paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Privacy Policy, relevant outsourcing / subcontracting agreements shall be entered into whereby we (being the Personal Data controller) will set out the terms and conditions as regards how these receiving parties of your Personal Data (being the Personal Data Processor) will Process such Personal Data. Such terms and conditions shall include, among others, the implementation of strict and appropriate physical, organizational, and technical physical security measures aligned with our commitment to you and to the requirements of the applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the “DPA”) and its implementing rules and regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as the “NPC”).
3. Consent
We Process Personal Data about you collected through your completion of forms on or access to our websites, or otherwise, to which you have provided your express consent for the purposes described in Clause 5 of the Privacy Policy.
If we use your Personal Data for other purposes that are incompatible with those enumerated under Clause 5 of the Privacy Policy, we shall inform you and secure your consent before using your Personal Data for such other purposes.
