This Addendum is intended to inform individuals, including those who are located within the jurisdiction of the Republic of South Africa and those who are not domiciled in the Republic of South Africa, but makes use of automated or non-automated means in the Republic (unless those means used only to forward personal information through South Africa), regarding the Processing of their Personal Data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") and its implementing regulations as may be amended from time to time (“POPIA Regulations”).
This Addendum supplements our Privacy Policy and prevails over any conflicting provisions in the Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this Addendum shall have the meanings as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your Rights under the POPIA and POPIA Regulations
In addition to rights stated in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy, you also have the following rights under the POPIA and POPIA Regulations:
(1) the right to request that we correct or delete your Personal Data if it is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date, misleading or obtained unlawfully, or incomplete;
(2) the right to request that we erase, delete or destroy your Personal Data in certain circumstances, including where we are no longer authorized to retain your personal information;
(3) the right to object to our Processing of your Personal Data on reasonable grounds, including where the processing is based on pursuing our or a third party’s legitimate interests or the protection your legitimate interests;
(4) the right to be informed that Personal Data about you is being collected;
(5) the right to be informed of a data breach involving your Personal Data, where required by applicable data protection laws;
(6) the right not to be subject to automated decision making based on the processing of your Personal Data intended to profile you which does not comply with applicable data protection laws;
(7) the right to object to our Processing of your Personal Data for the purpose of direct marketing;
(8) the right to submit a complaint to the Information Regulator in the appropriate manner and form alleging interference with the protection of your Personal Data; and
(9) the right to institute civil proceedings for damages regarding the alleged interference with the protection of your Personal Data;
You may exercise any of your rights by contacting us at the contact details set forth in section 2. You also may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe that we have infringed any of your rights.
