This Addendum applies to individuals, including those who are located within the jurisdiction of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, as well as any persons whose activities outside Bangladesh, produce legal consequences within Bangladesh (collectively, “Bangladeshi Residents and Citizens”).
This Addendum supplements the Terms of Use and shall prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent provision therein, to the extent required to comply with mandatory provisions of applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations, as amended from time to time. Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this Addendum shall have the meanings as set forth in the Terms of Use.
1. Consent of Parents or Legal Guardians for Children under the Age of 18.
If you are under the age of 18, by agreeing to the Terms of Use and this Addendum, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has consented to the Terms of Use and this Addendum. If you are at least the age of 18 and reviewing the Terms of Use and this Addendum on behalf of your minor child, by agreeing to the Terms of Use and this Addendum, you, as the parent or guardian, consent to the Terms of Use and this Addendum.
