This Kenya Addendum supplements and forms part of the Sanrio Online Shop Direct from Japan Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). It applies where a user is located in Kenya and/or where goods purchased through the Shop are delivered to an address in Kenya. This Addendum modifies the Terms of Use (and the Terms of Use are deemed amended) but only to the extent expressly stated herein. All other terms of the Terms of Use shall, save as amended in this Addendum, remain in full force and effect and shall be read and construed as one document with this Addendum.
Article 1. Notice about Pricing and Availability
Article 2 of the Terms of Use is amended to provide as follows:
Product prices and payment options will be designated at the time of purchase on this Shop in the designated country. Pricing and availability may change from time to time. While we endeavour to ensure that the information displayed on this Shop is accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify an error in pricing or availability before accepting your order, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or to cancel your order.
Article 2. Notice for Suspending or Discontinuing the Services
Paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the Terms of Use is replaced with the following wording:
We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the Services for the reasons listed below. Where the suspension materially affects users, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Article 3. Process for Changing or Adding the Service
Paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Terms of Use is replaced with the following wording:
We may change or add to the content of the Services from time to time. When changing or adding to the content of the Services from time to time pursuant to Article 11, Section 1, if any change is material, we will notify you or otherwise seek your consent where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
